When does my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from when they are placed.

What kind of shipping do you use?

All orders containing only stickers are shipped using stamps aka untracked mail. Orders typically arrive within 1-5 days*

*according to USPS

You can upgrade your order to tracked mail for an upcharge if you have online shopping anxiety like myself. As much as I would love to extend myself into the USPS services, unfortunately I am not responsible once your much loved orders are out of my hands.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated to include the cost of the stamp/label as well as labor, freebies, and materials/packaging. These costs may also increase during holiday season as USPS tends to hike up shipping prices during the season.

If you have concerns about your order and it has been a while, please reach out!

My order hasn’t arrived!

Okay don’t panic! Here are a few reasons and hopefully solutions if it has been a while since you placed your order:

Address: double, triple check your address is correct at checkout. If your address is wrong, comes up as invalid, gets returned, I will reach out so check your email too.

Please note any returned mail can be re-sent once the information is corrected at extra cost to cover shipping and handling.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! I am researching and planning to include international shipping by the end of the year shop update. There’s a bit more complication and I want to make sure everyone gets their international orders.

Are your stickers waterproof?

Without lamination, my stickers are advertised as water resistant according to the products I use.

If they are laminated, they are much more resistant, but I don’t want to call something waterproof unless it is explicitly stated on the product.

The ones on my water bottles, planner, sketchbooks have been doing very well for a while so :)

My order looks kind of different from the pictures?

If I edit the product photos, I try to ensure the colors and brightness are the same as the physical product. However, colors may slightly vary on your display vs. mine due to the many different monitor settings of individuals, but rest assured you are receiving a product as close to the original as possible.

Can I return or replace my order?

I love your support when you place an order with me! Please also consider carefully when placing an order as I do not accept returns or exchanges except for the following circumstances:

I messed up and gave you the wrong item(s), or wrote the wrong address, which I try to avoid since I have an excellent product manager.

if you are unhappy with your order, please reach out and we can problem solve together.
