Originally the Statue of Liberty was a proposed by anti-slavery activist Edouard de Laboulaye as a symbol to represent freedom after the civil war - the Statue of Liberty is also a great symbol of freedom for many immigrants, including my family.

Monarch butterflies are a symbol of migration and resilience in the immigration community.

This piece is dedicated to the 6 immigrants who died on duty in the key bridge collapse. 50% of proceeds will go to a family donation fund.

Immigrants work so hard, sometimes they are invisible. Sometimes they are at our front lines. This is for my parents. For my tíos, y tias. This is for Jose, Alejandro, Dorian, Miguel, Maynor y Carlos.
